Hope you all had a nice holiday.
Today we will have a list of food stuff which are elevating or aggravating the Wind element or the "vatha Dosha" in the human body after the digestion of the food.
Generally all the cold stuff will aggravate the wind element in the body. As cold is one among the basic nature of the wind element.
Then the most of all the root tubers also will do the same.
So we can follow the list below to pacify the wind in the body who all having the diseases due to the aggravated wind element in the body.
Root tubers except carrots will aggravates the wind.
Potatoes,
Sweet potatoes,
Beat roots,
ground nuts,
and also the Pumpkin,
Cucumber,
Yellow Dal,
Green Peas,
Grapes etc will do the same.
We have to protect our body from cold - use hot water for morning ablutions, drinking, etc. Use woolen blankets,socks,use slippers on the tiled floors, Don't travel on the vehicles on open.
Stay away from direct wind.
These tips to help to control the aggravated wind in the body so diseases will pacify which occurred due to the elevated wind element ( Vatha)
Not only that,also will help to stay healthy for those who all born of wind body type or Vatha prakruthi.
