Hello Readers and My Dear Patients,
A quick look chart for the patients who suffering;
Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteo Porosis, Osteo Arthritis, Rheumatic fever, Spondylitis, Lumbago,Sciatica, Hemiplegia, Paraplegia, Tennis elbow, writers cramp, Tendinitis etc
they should try to avoid the following food items in their daily diet.
Root tubers except Carrots - Beat root,Tapioca, Beat root,Potatoes etc.
Cold Items - frozen food, deserts, Carbonated drinks, Icy drinks,
Pumpkin, green peas, ground nuts,yellow dal.
They must avoid the above said items because all the above said conditions are happening due to the elevated wind element in the body.
The food stuff i explained above will aggravates the wind element again and the disease will spread.
By controlling the Above food they can experience the reduction in symptoms.
Such patients should try to take timely food, 8 hours sleep, avoid day time sleep as well as late night sleep.
Stay away from stress and tensions.
Practice some mind relaxing exercises like yoga or meditation etc,
Listen to music or some ways to relax.
Generally speaking they need more rest and relax.
