Pimples - Tips to Control

Hello  Readers and My Dear Patients,

Today we going to discuss about the pimples.


It mostly affecting the Teenagers to middle age group.


It can easily getting on the oily skin,

who all fond of Oily stuff like burger,pizza,butter,cheese,Oily deep fried items and curd are getting easily.

In ladies with irregular cycles also can affect.


The Ayurveda view is that,it is the way trying to expel out the excess fat from the blood stream.


So we should not keep close the pores of the skin with the synthetic creams and all.


Avoid junk food.


Reduce fatty food,


Add more fiber content food in your diet,


Wash your face frequently (at least five times in a day) with mild soap  for the oily skin people.


Can gently massage your face daily in the morning with suitable medicated oil (For  five min.)


Face pack:

fresh turmeric,neem leaf, 2-3 pieces of coriander seeds, half tomato, two teaspoon of green gram powder make a paste with milk and apply on the face for 20 min daily then wash it off.

Medicated Oils good for the pimples:


Nalpamaradi coconut oil,


Bruhath pinda Thailam,


Eladi coconut oil,


Dinesavalyadi thailam etc..


 are very good according to the condition.


The result may vary person to person.
