Headache - Tips to control

Hello Readers and My Dear Patients,

Headache its getting easily,major causes may be the stress related issues in most of the cases.


When we continuously sitting on Computers,

reading continuously, Sleepless nights, even constipation and gas trouble also results headache.

Persons who suffers frequent headaches must be careful about their digestion,especially for the dinner they should prefer very light easily digestible and well cooked items,can try vegetable soups also.


The following tips will help to  control headache,


Don't sit continuously on the computers,if you are doing then blink your eyes regularly in equal intervals.


Can close your eyes for 15 - 30 secs. once in every 2 hrs. Take a deep breadth and exhale slowly at the same time.


Take a small piece ( about the size of your thumb) of dry ginger make a paste with chilled water and apply on the forehead close your eyes and take rest for 15 min. it can ease the condition.


According to Ayurveda science headache may happen due to so many reasons, and explained elaborately about the signs and symptoms of different types of head aches and treatments too.


In Ayurveda and modern medicine dealt well about various conditions associated with headache as a sign.
