Role of Potatoes in your Diet

Hello Readers and My Dear Patients,

Today i just want to mention about certain dos and don't in our diet routine.

Avoid Potatoes in your diet if you have the following problems often,

Bloating, Gas problem,Acidity, Chest burn,Belching,Flatulence, Piles, Constipation, Disturbed sleep and short temperament.

All these caused by the elevated wind element in the body.

Generally most of all the root tubers will do the same.

When the wind the "Vatha" increases in the body,there is a tendency to dries up the lubricating agent in the body tissues even it reduces the synovial fluids in the joints hence leads to stiffness of joints,degenerative changes in the bone endings, causing swelling,aches and pains then we will call it Arthritis in the later stages.
