Food Habits affecting the human Body



Hello Readers and My Dear Patients,

our latest tendencies in the food habits are the main causative factor for many of the diseases.

  Some medicine side effect also may be the causative factor.

 Our food and lifestyle totally changing day by day. We are getting rich calorie food five times daily on an average. 

 Those days we been taking more natural food,almost we depended only on natural sources for the food.

 More root tubers,rice wheat etc. and was taking more vegetables and fruits.

 Now we all prefer junk food, artificial, colored, preserved, taste makers,sweetening agents, fragrance, even though there is food grade and other controlling measures it is failing to keep up the standards always perfect.

Related to work and busy schedules forcing us to go for such items.

 In a working family we have to go for ready made food stuff.

 The other side, meat products having hormones,vegetables and fruits having so many pesticides and fertilizers.

  Not getting pure drinking water.

 So we turning into colored and carbonated drinks.

 We are skipping regular stipulated meal menu.

 Eating frequent in between the work.

 These tendencies affecting the digestive system.

 Most of our people having some or any kind of digestive disorders.

 Affecting the intestinal mucous which leads to acidity,ulceration even cancer conditions.

 The collapsed digestion will reflect in our work,moods,relationships,even social well being.
