Common Cold - Simple Tip

Hello Readers and My Dear Patients,

Here is a simple formula to pacify the discomfort during the common cold.

The Ingredients are;


1. Tulsi leavaes,

2. Garlic,
3. Dry ginger,
4. Cumin seeds,
5. Pepper.

Take these five items in equal quantities,wash it crush and boil with water (30Gms altogether for 1Ltr water boil for 15min then strain and keep it in flask to serve hot,take frequently gulp by gulp. Or you can add coffee powder and jaggary to make coffee. 


Try to avoid taking cold food stuff, head bath and anything heavy to digest as there will be sluggish digestion, during Cold.
