Sleep Well - Simple Tips

Hello Readers and My Dear Patients,

Here is some simple tips to get sound sleep.

We all reaching back to bed after a very hectic schedule during the day and so many plans for the day next.

It may affect your sleep which will loose the perfection of your next day's activities.


Just before sleep wash you both feet very well with Luke warm water added with little bit salt.

Then wipe off your feet with a dry towel then apply 5- 10 ml sesame oil under the sole at the center and gently rub for 2 min. Then lie down on your bed straight close your eyes and concentrate only on your breathing.
You will fall into deep sleep in minutes. Try and see.
