Indigestion - Tips to Control

Hello Readers and My Dear Patients,

Poor digestion is a common problem nowadays.


The major reasons are,


Over eating,

Lack of exercises,
Taking food untimely,
Having food stuff which are not suiting our body type,
lack of sleep,
lack of rest,
poor concentration while taking food stuff,
Lack of chewing - not spending enough time to chew grind well the food in the mouth and swallow.

Taking food which contains colors preservatives and junk food.


To sort out these problems;


One should eat according to our body type and also consider our nature of the stomach too.


Take food in time hence help to produce the gastric juices and enzymes rhythmically.


Avoid taking too much oily deep fried greasy food stuff   which makes the digestion sluggish.


And also prefer more vegetables as our dental structured to veg stuff.


( animals having the prominent canines  to eat the meat)


Prefer more green leafy vegetables and fruits.


For the dinner prefer vegetable soups and fruits especially.


Break fast- can be light and easily digestible without oil like stuff.


Lunch you can go for heavy- during the hot sun the digestive power will be great enough.


Walk about 100 feet after the dinner.
