Trip to Idukki - My Holidays April 2014

Hi there,
              I am back after a short gap, i am sorry. I was bit busy these days. Today i am going to show you some pics from my Holidays Album - Trip to Idukki.
Here i am posting a few pics from Painavu,Kuyilimala,Idukki dam and Cheruthoni dam.
You can reach to Idukki via Thodupuzha or Kothamangalam or Kottayam.

At first let me give brief about Idukki. It is One of the southern district in Kerala state of South India. Hill areas with amazing scenic beauty of the nature which gives you a tranquilizing feel. Painavu is the district capital,from there you can go to the tops called "Kuyilimala" and you can have a look around with full of hills,cool breeze. Can see the govt.staff quarters,Idukki Dam Catchment area and other buildings. Then you can see the Cheruthoni Dam and Idukki dam. Painavu Cheruthoni and Vazhathope are the main town but the major city is Kattapana which connects all the Tourist points like Vagaman,Munnar and Thekkady.
