You can add those in your daily diet.


1. Fenugreek seeds (Uluva)


2.Cinnamon (Karuva patta)


3.Tulsi Leaves

5. Gooseberry

All these above said items are having Weight Reduction properties as well as balancing the insulin levels and Balances the hormonal level too.

Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome

Hello Readers and My Dear Patients,

Today here we will have a brief about the Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome and some Diet Tips for them.



The major Cause for the  Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome is the Hormonal Imbalance in the females.

Male Hormone the Testosterone level will be slightly high in the females with such condition.

The cysts in the Ovaries Causing this Disease.

It may leads to Over Weight and even Infertility also.

The following diet may help you for the weight reduction and control the spread of the illness:


The prime important thing is Reduce or Avoid the Maximum - Fatty food stuff .

Reduce Carbohydrates also. 

Prefer Fat free food.

Take more Protein rich food, it may give stomach full feel soon and you won't eat more.

No Fried items which are leading to Obesity.

Have an Early and Light Dinner,say before 7 pm. 

The Regular Brisk Exercises will help to reduce body weight and will hence to reduce the symptoms too.

The above said Tips will help to achieve the Hormonal balance to a certain level.
