Here is a list of food items which are good for the PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) Patients.
You can add those in your daily diet.
1. Fenugreek seeds (Uluva)
2.Cinnamon (Karuva patta)
3.Tulsi Leaves
4. Bitter gourd
5. Gooseberry
6.Honey
All these above said items are having Weight Reduction properties as well as balancing the insulin levels and Balances the hormonal level too.
